Orders for in-stock items placed on business days by 1:00pm CT will ship the same day. All other orders will ship on the next business day or once items are in stock. Extra fees apply for overnight and Saturday deliveries.

If your parts are backordered, you will be notified by e-mail or phone of an approximate ship date. uses UPS to ship most of the repair parts purchased from In some other circumstances DHL, Federal Express, or USPS may be used.

Once the repair part leaves the warehouse facilities and transfers to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the repair part shifts to said carrier. At this point has no control over delays or damage which may occur during shipping.

By purchasing repair parts and accessories from please be aware that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipper.

Return Policy

Our Return policy has been updated as of 03/28/2012.

New/Unused parts can be returned within 15 days of receipt of purchase (not date of sale but date of delivery) with a 25% restocking fee. Special Order items and/or electrical parts cannot be returned

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Contact us at 866-982-4822 or via email at to obtain an RMA number. All returns must be New/Unused and in original packaging with a copy of the original sales receipt, RMA#, and reason for the return. Any returned parts found to have been installed will not be accepted for return and can be returned to you at your expense. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
