Shipping

All orders received by 3:00pm CT on a business day will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00pm CT or during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day, assuming that the parts are in stock.

If your parts are backordered, you will be notified by e-mail or phone of an approximate ship date.

MidwestHVACParts.com uses UPS to ship most of the repair parts purchased from MidwestHVACParts.com. In some other circumstances DHL, Federal Express, or USPS may be used.

Once the repair part leaves the warehouse facilities and transfers to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the repair part shifts to said carrier. At this point MidwestHVACParts.com has no control over delays or damage which may occur during shipping.

By purchasing repair parts and accessories from MidwestHVACParts.com please be aware that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipper.

Return Policy

Electrical Parts or Parts that have been installed are non-returnable.

Any Warranty parts must be authorized for return by an employee of MidwestHVACParts.com. They will provide you with a return authorization number. That number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the box to receive full credit.

All other returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping costs are the end users responsibility.
